Policies and Agreements

As of September 1st, 2016, 

 

If you need to cancel for more than 1 clean, please allow 24 hours notice. Of course, if you are sick or unable to give ample notice, just let us know. We have sick days as well, so we entirely understand the need to cancel on short notice.

Please remember: while you are away on vacation is a great time for us to get to the things you don't have time for that aren't specifically requested on regular cleans. If you have any extras that need to be done (inside fridge, wall scuff removal, indoor windows, inside cupboards etc.), just let us know and we will use our time wisely! It's always nice to come home from a vacation to a clean home. Let us know if you'd like us to take care of any additional tasks while you're away.

Cancellations
Payments

As of January 1st, 2024 The Joy Factor will be adopting a new policy regarding payments. Invoices are due upon receipt. This will ensure no disruption to service. Feel free to reach out if you would like to make other payment arrangements.

Effective January 1 st 2022, there is a minimum 2 hour charge unless  previously discussed.
