As of September 1st, 2016, 

 

If you are cancelling for a single clean or more (less than a month), please allow at least 24 hours notice. Of course, if you are sick or unable to give ample notice, just let us know. We have sick days as well, so we entirely understand the need to cancel on short notice. 

Please remember: while you are away on vacation is a great time for us to get to the things you don't have time for that aren't specifically requested on regular cleans. If you have any extras that need to be done (inside fridge, wall scuff removal, indoor windows, inside cupboards etc.), just let us know and we will use our time wisely! It's always nice to come home from a vacation to a clean home.  Take a look at our concierge page if you'd like us to take care of additional tasks like get a few groceries, or pick up your car from the airport.

Cancellations
Payments

As of September 1st, 2016, The Joy Factor will be adopting a new policy regarding payments. After three business days, any overdue payments will be automatically taken from your account. This will ensure regular payments, and service.

Illnesses or ailments

At The Joy Factor, we ask if you or your family are suffering from any contagious ailments, too let us know we would be happy to reschedule for you. We don't want to bring any unwelcome guests into our clients homes additionally we are hoping to alleviate staff illness as we know how much it affects our clients.
